Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 acceptable if 66 passed later.
• Minimum one year experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum one year in financial services or a sales environment with meeting targets.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and services offered.
