Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial guidance and tailored solutions. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, and meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63/65 in lieu of 66 may be accepted with condition that a passing score is obtained within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments; knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication, time management, and regulatory due diligence.
• Experience pursuing new clients through referrals or center clientele.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities).
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify new clients via referrals or existing banking center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners about client needs and solutions.
