Wilmington Trust is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support investment advisory services in a wealth management context. You will stay current on markets, articulate information to clients, and help develop IPS with annual reviews and updates.
You will prepare letters and reviews, collaborate with Investment Advisors, and expand client relationships while adhering to regulatory and risk standards.
Provides comprehensive investment management services to Wealth Advisory Services clients. Operates within a professional team environment supporting the delivery of an integrated wealth management offering consistent with individual financial goals of clients.
Integral to the position is the ability to communicate internally with Bank management and executives and externally with clients and their representatives.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 years’ investment-related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year’s investment-related experience
Comprehensive industry and investment knowledge
Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations
Proficient personal computer skills with solid knowledge of pertinent office software
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong customer focus
Proven experience working effectively within a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Working towards CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
