Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial guidance and customized brokerage solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners, and review goals with clients to build tailored financial plans.

Responsibilities include recommending banking and investment strategies, meeting regulatory requirements, and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65)
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or sales
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and communicate effectively
• Willing to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client objectives
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
