Responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships from partner program representatives, advisors, and prospective clients to generate client referrals.
• Identify new market opportunities through market research and proactive outreach to increase market share within the territory.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve results and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Opportunity to coach advisors, improve meeting execution, and help increase close rates across the Firm
