Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage the banking relationship for a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will drive growth by an advice-based approach and referrals, collaborating with specialists to meet complex financial needs.

This role requires a strong commitment to regulatory standards, customer service excellence, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success with a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (63/66 if required) or must complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration required.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manages client relationships with an advice-based approach to offer best products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitate access to self-service options for accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
