Prime Capital Financial is seeking a Wealth Consultant (Business Development Associate) in Overland Park, Kansas. This role is pivotal in the client journey, handling outbound sales calls and managing client inquiries. Candidates will have a strong background in sales and communication, with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position offers exposure to wealth management, competitive salary, and performance-based compensation. A Series 65 license must be obtained within 6 months of hiring, with fees covered by the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services, inside sales, or client services strongly preferred.
• Series 65 required or must obtain within 6 months of hire, fees covered by firm.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of prospect activity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
• Qualify and develop sales opportunities with consultative conversations.
• Communicate Prime Capital Financial's value proposition and service offerings.
• Maintain prospect interactions in Salesforce and ensure proper reporting.
• Build knowledge of the financial services industry and firm offerings.
