Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in wealth management or related field.
• Ability to build trust and explain financial concepts clearly.
• Willingness to grow client relationships and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, centers of influence, and partners.
• Lead client relationships, guide planning discussions, and advise on wealth decisions.
• Serve as a Wealth Confidant to align wealth with client values and goals.
• Deliver comprehensive planning and investment guidance with colleagues.
• Enhance client experience and support team growth.
• Grow professionally with increasing responsibilities.
