Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licensing.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts).

Responsibilities

• Provide client service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams; cultivate relationships and relay client information.
• Execute money movement transactions and answer general non-investment questions.
• Enter and pre-fill client account documentation; onboard and maintain client accounts.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization) and assist with technology adoption.
• Support marketing efforts and assist teams in delivering against business plans.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and calendar management; prepare expense reports.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and new platforms; participate in training.
