Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust in Morristown is seeking a Client Service Officer II to provide high‑touch support for wealth management clients, processing accounts, transfers, and funding with accuracy while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with Wealth Advisors, use Salesforce and Tamarac, manage onboarding documents, and ensure proactive, white-glove service. Minimum 5 years in client service preferred; a finance/business degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in client service in wealth management or financial services.
• Experience with Fidelity Investments and/or Charles Schwab is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new accounts openings, transfers, and maintenance with accuracy.
• Onboarding and funding of new accounts, including KYC documentation.
• Maintain client data in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
• Provide proactive communication and responsive service.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and Portfolio Managers.
• Support regulatory and administrative tasks.
