Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams on a daily basis. Build trusted relationships through client-first interactions and assist clients with their everyday needs.

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred. Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Executing money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA.
• Answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity.
• Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Supporting the FAs/PWAs/teams' marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance).
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
• Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms.
• Participating in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs).
