Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or marketing within financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare letters, emails, and presentation materials.
• Communicate with clients about signatures and account inquiries.
• Respond to client information requests and direct to appropriate contacts.
• Prepare for client portfolio reviews using Orion software.
• Create and maintain client service records.
• Provide sales support for meetings
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and clients
• Maintain Practifi CRM contacts and pipeline reports
• Design announcements and collateral materials
• Mass mailing announcements and events
• Assist in account opening and asset transfers
• Cover receptionist desk as needed
• Prepare overnight delivery labels
• Assist in special projects and ensure regulatory compliance
• Must be bondable and uphold ethics standards
