In this role you will execute processes, identify risks, collaborate with advisors and branches, and ensure timely onboarding and accurate reporting. The base pay ranges from $65,000 to $103,000, with additional incentive programs.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or client reporting.
• Understanding of onboarding and posting processes in a financial services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute processes and support process management and project efforts.
• Identify risks in day-to-day processes to inform improvements.
• Build relationships with team and internal stakeholders to boost output.
• Participate in projects and initiatives with timely execution focus.
• Process onboarding and maintenance requests to support client reporting capabilities.
• Review account documentation and ensure accurate setup of externally held assets.
