Job summary

Baird in Marin County is seeking a Client Specialist to deliver outstanding client service and operational support to one or more Financial Advisors. You’ll coordinate onboarding, manage communications, support account operations, and help organize client events to enhance the client experience.

In this role you’ll maintain the CRM, handle schedules, help prepare meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives that improve the FA’s business effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry and/or administrative work experience.
• Active SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, or willingness to study within 18 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn PW management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and manage Financial Advisor prospect pipelines.
• Support account operations, paperwork, and asset transitions.
• Maintain CRM for Financial Advisor(s) and client communications.
• Organize client events and prepare meeting materials.
• Assist with scheduling client appointments and conference rooms.
• Monitor regulatory policies and ensure firm compliance.
