Job summary

Bank of America’s Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA-ADP) is an entry role guiding you toward becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor. The program provides licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) within 120 days and builds foundational skills for client service and advisory responsibilities across FAs.

You’ll advance through progressive roles with formal training and hands-on experience in a Merrill office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must complete SAFE Act registration and background check.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FAs, CRM, and supervisors on client service, risk, investments, and banking products.
• Provide exemplary client service and educate clients on bank offerings.
• Ensure timely, accurate client materials and respond to requests.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and risk controls.
• Deepen and maintain client relationships; promote banking solutions.
• Support business growth for multiple FAs with investments and solutions.
