Job summary

Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
2+ years of client service or operations experience in wealth management or financial services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM and workflow tools.
Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Manage client service workflows: account opening, maintenance, documentation, and follow through.
Keep CRM and management systems accurate, current, and reliable.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and post meeting deliverables.
Elevate the Clear Point Partners brand through social media and digital channels (content coordination, posting support, consistency of voice and look).
Maintain and refresh marketing materials; coordinate client events and campaigns.
Support partners with calendars, travel, expenses, and ad hoc administrative or personal tasks.
Proactively manage the team calendar so priorities, deadlines, and events don’t slip.
