Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is required.
• Knowledge of internal banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account administration for Banking clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and oversee transaction processing.
• Assist Private Bankers in business development and create client presentations.
• Identify service efficiency enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain working knowledge of loan types and documentation required.
