Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, client relations, or operational support.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred.
• Series 65 licensure required.
• Working knowledge of the RIA space.
• Commitment to ongoing growth through financial planning credentials.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze client data to develop financial plans.
• Prepare and process client paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings efficiently.
• Participate in client meetings and follow through on action items.
• Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance specialists.
• Pursue ongoing education to improve planning expertise.
