Job summary

Corient is seeking a Wealth Analyst to support financial planning and investment activities for high‑net‑worth clients in Menlo Park. You will assist in preparing financial plans, investment reports, and tax/estate analyses while coordinating with Wealth Advisors and client service teams.

Ideal candidates have a fundamentals in financial planning, strong communication, and a pursuit of CFP credentials, with 0–3 years’ experience and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, client‑facing

Qualifications

  • Basic level knowledge of financial planning, investment, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience with custodians and back‑office processes.
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Increase financial planning and investment knowledge through practice and responsibilities.
  • Complete financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analyses as requested.
  • Prepare for client meetings and document task items with Wealth Advisors.
  • Gather data and observations; build relationships with COI peers and communities.

The pay range for this position is $65,800 - $106,000 per year. *We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.***Physical Requirements*** This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
