Job summary

Adams Brown, LLC provides sales and administrative support to Investment Advisor Representatives (IAR) and Registered Representatives (RR) and their clients. This on-site role handles filing, account setup, data maintenance, and reporting to assist financial advisors.

Based in a Kansas office, you will travel between offices as needed and work in a nonexempt, salaried environment with tax-season hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with two years of administrative office experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client service oriented and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a filing system for Financial Services.
• Open new client accounts.
• Input, maintain, and update client account data.
• Process checks for clients.
• Create reports and spreadsheets as requested by advisors.
• Serve as a liaison between the IARs/RRs and clients.
• Monitor investment client reviews and schedule meetings.
• Travel to other offices as needed.
