Job summary

HB Wealth in Towson, MD is seeking (2) Advisory Associate Interns to assist Wealth Advisors in serving clients. This paid internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, offering hands-on experience and mentorship in a collaborative Summer Intern program.

You will gather client data, prep meeting materials, support CRM upkeep, and contribute to financial planning tasks while learning from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-focused professional who demonstrates integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical skills, follow‑through, and a proactive mindset suited to fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Advisory team by gathering and organizing client data; preparing materials for meeting agendas, portfolio proposals, and quarterly reports; assisting in developing financial plans.
• Provide support in CRM maintenance: recording meeting notes, updating client records, and data cleanup projects.
• Supports the firm in other special projects (including technology and operations projects).
• End of internship capstone project and presentation.
