Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks an Associate, Business Development in Los Angeles to build and grow an advisory business for high-net-worth clients and select institutions. You will craft comprehensive wealth plans, showcase our investment platform, and coordinate tax and estate planning, private banking, and lending services.

You will source new opportunities, manage current relationships, and apply strong asset allocation insight to deliver tailored strategies using the firm’s global capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
• Three years of experience in multi-asset allocation, institutional investment selection, and client advisory.
• Experience with Bloomberg or similar market data platforms and programming for data analysis is expected.
• Strong ability to source and develop new relationships via outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Associate, Business Development to build an advisory business for high-net-worth clients and select institutions.
• Create comprehensive wealth management plans leveraging investment platform, tax, estate, and private banking services.
• Work one-on-one with clients to deliver customized strategies and asset allocation recommendations.
• Source new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Demonstrate investment acumen and deep knowledge of Goldman Sachs platform and capabilities.
