CLA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Phoenix to support the Wealth Advisory team across national operations. The role emphasizes internal client service, paperwork processing, and timely communication while handling routine inquiries and transfers.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in financial services, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Tamarac CRM, Laserfiche, MS Office, and Schwab platforms. Travel is <10%. In-office position with competitive hourly pay.

• Strong computer and document processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Advisory internal operations and client service tasks.
• Process client paperwork and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with advisors and staff to manage transfers and filings.
• Maintain accurate notes and respond to routine inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding and servicing client accounts.
