Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Morristown, NJ to provide exceptional client service and support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will build trusted relationships, answer non-investment questions, and assist with account onboarding and digital tools.

You will coordinate calendar and travel, handle routine administrative tasks, and help execute the firm’s client service model in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, funds, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team, cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions on request.
• Answer non-investment questions and relay account details.
• Enrol clients in digital tools and onboard accounts.
• Maintain client accounts, collect required documentation.
• Support marketing efforts and implement firm initiatives.
