The program includes FINRA licensing sponsorship, a 120-day hands-on training, access to virtual university, mentorship, and a path toward CFP/ChFC credentials, with biweekly stable pay during early years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Values-driven mindset with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and build relationships through networking events.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Consult on financial products and services tailored to clients' needs.
• In-office presence is required to serve clients and participate in training.
