Bankers Life is seeking motivated individuals for a Wealth Management Trainee role. You will work one-on-one with clients to craft personalized financial solutions while building lasting relationships.

The program offers mentorship, training, and a pathway to wealth management and leadership roles. No finance background is required; licensing is provided, and SIE exam preparation includes coursework and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.

Qualifications

• No finance background? No problem—no experience needed - sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a big plus!
