Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to build and deepen relationships with high-value clients, coordinating across banking, investments and insurance. You will work with a Wealth Relationship Officer and service teams to deliver tailored solutions and grow the portfolio.

You’ll leverage wealth planning expertise, risk considerations, and regulatory knowledge to provide compliant, needs-based recommendations, while expanding referrals and community connections to drive wallet share.

Qualifications

  • FINRA license required (7/66)
  • Life and Health licenses or sponsorship
  • Experience in non-traditional banking financial sales
  • Apply wealth planning knowledge in client conversations
  • Knowledge of AML and US regulatory governance
  • Deliver needs-based solutions with strong communication and sales
  • Build referrals via COIs and community connections

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial solutions across a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Increase wallet share and identify product opportunities
  • Conduct full needs assessments and recommend banking, investment and insurance solutions
  • Build asset allocation recommendations aligned to client goals
  • Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline
  • Represent HSBC in community organizations to strengthen visibility
  • Partner with service teams to deliver a joined-up client experience
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Credit and Risk and Internal Control to balance risk
