Qualifications

• University degree required with 2+ years of experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans.
• Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business.
• Own the client experience, handling sales and service and referring opportunities to partners.
• Acquire, expands and maintains client relationships through business development and networking.
• Coach branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drive referrals.
