Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Three+ years of financial-advisory/wealth-management/financial planning or related client-facing experience.
• Series 65 required at hire or within permitted period by firm and law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver goals-based financial advice aligned with client objectives, resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Advise on investment strategy, retirement income, tax-aware planning, insurance, estate coordination, liquidity, and other decisions.
• Lead client meetings and communicate recommendations clearly, including tradeoffs and implementation priorities.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networks, and firm-supported business development.
• Coordinate with investment, planning, operations, compliance, insurance, and outside resources as needed.
• Maintain complete client records and adhere to regulatory, privacy, and firm requirements.
