Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years in financial-advisory/wealth-management/financial-planning or closely related client-facing experience.
• Series 65 required at hire or within permitted period by firm and law.
• Strong investment knowledge, planning judgment, communication skills, and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver goals-based financial advice aligned with client objectives, resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Advise on investment strategy, retirement income, tax-aware planning, insurance, estate coordination, liquidity, and other financial decisions.
• Lead client meetings and communicate recommendations clearly, including tradeoffs, assumptions, and implementation priorities.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, professional networks, prospect meetings, and firm-supported business-development activity.
• Coordinate with investment, planning, operations, compliance, insurance, and outside resources when specialized expertise is needed.
• Maintain complete client records and adhere to regulatory, privacy, and firm requirements.
