Finovate, a leading independent Wealth Management firm, is seeking a Financial Advisor to formulate and implement comprehensive investment and financial planning advice, manage client relationships, and participate in new business development strategies.

The role offers 3+ years of wealth management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a preference for CFP/CFA designation. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $145,000 base with generous benefits and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• CFP or CFA designation preferred or having passed the exam.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Of the highest integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for a number of the team’s clients.
• Drive clients’ financial planning strategies and portfolio management with a comprehensive approach.
• Review a client’s current investments and objectives and provide a custom portfolio within the firm’s guidelines.
• Opportunity to specialize in a technical area including investments or financial planning.
• Work cross-departmentally to drive business strategies.
