After completing PEP, successful candidates receive stable biweekly pay and pathway to earning commissions and bonuses as they develop as wealth managers. Our culture emphasizes service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with self-confidence.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and build relationships through networking and portfolio management.
• Develop financial strategies based on clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
• Consult on financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
• Maintain in-office presence as required.
