Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu) required or equivalent.
• Experience in investments and financial services or sales with goals met.
• Ability to develop financial plans and recommend brokerage products.
• Compliance with SAFE Act for mortgage loan originations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals and build a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
