Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA firm, is hiring a growth-minded part-time Wealth Advisor Associate Intern to join our award-winning team. Our ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics and eager to learn about wealth management.

You will support an Advisor Team on business development and client service, develop financial plans, and create client presentations while learning the industry language.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Interest in wealth management industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-performing advisor team on business development and client service initiatives.
• Learn data gathering, drafting goals, and creating financial plans.
• Assist in research projects and analysis for client needs.
• Create client presentation materials and deliverables.
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing client service activities.
• Aim to progress into Wealth Advisor Associate and Senior roles after succeeding in supporting positions.
