Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Proven success in client acquisition and maintaining client relationships.
• Commitment to goals-based planning and advice.
• Active Series 7 license.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license or obtain within 60 days of starting.
• Active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license or obtain within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions with relationship-building focus.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of financial markets and sound judgement.
• Act with integrity and serve clients with high fiduciary standards.
• Educate clients on technology and channels to monitor and manage investments.
• Provide comprehensive financial coaching beyond investments.
• Leverage digital innovations to enable clients to bank when, where, and how they want.
