Job summary

Citizens Financial's Wealth Advisor role is a branch-based position that builds personalized wealth management plans for clients. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and grow the client book while upholding client-first principles.

The role requires active licenses (Series 7/63/65 or 66) and life/health/variable insurance; at least 2 years in a financial advisory capacity, and a bachelor's degree preferred. 40-hour work weeks with branch hours and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

  • Active securities licenses (Series 7, 63, 65 or 66) required or must be obtained within 60 days.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Proven track record in new business development and client book management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-quality wealth management practice with personalized strategies.
  • Enhance relationships with key partners to boost client introductions.
  • Proactive client and prospect outreach promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
  • Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
  • Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
  • Deliver services including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
