Job summary

You will provide education and advice tailored to their financial needs and help clients grow their balances through proactive service. You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts and enable 24/7 self-service access, while complying with all banking

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 and state licenses or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach for best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for financial needs.
• Facilitates self-service access for clients 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
