Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required (63/65 acceptable in lieu of 66).
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with quota attainment.
• At least 1 year of experience in the investments industry.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility.
• Ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs of high-net-worth individuals and develop relationships.
• Review financial goals and deliver comprehensive recommendations.
• Collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams for mentorship.
• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospective clients and capitalizing on referrals.
• Recommend suitable investment products and services.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow up, and personal development.
• Organize and manage resources to run a productive practice.
• Complete mandated training, assessments, and performance goals.
