Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Financial Professionals to join our growing team in Dallas. You will work closely with clients to develop customized financial strategies while building your own practice with support from an experienced, collaborative network.

You will advise on retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning, developing long-term client relationships and staying current on financial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, finance, or client service preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop customized financial strategies for clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through a client-first, consultative approach
• Analyze clients' financial goals and design personalized strategies (retirement, investment, insurance, estate planning)
• Provide education and guidance to help clients make informed financial decisions
• Collaborate with internal specialists, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions
• Build and grow your own book of business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Stay current on financial markets, products, and planning strategies
