Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor for the Merrill Advisor Development Program in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will work with high-net-worth individuals to develop relationships and offer comprehensive financial recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have Series7 & 66 licenses, experience in the financial services industry, and strong interpersonal skills. Position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum one year experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with proven goal attainment.
• Minimum one year experience in the investment industry, including training and in-depth knowledge of investment products.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
• Strong assessment skills to recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospective clients and capitalize on referrals.
• Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects based on objectives.
• Organize and manage resources to run a productive practice.
• Handle inbound inquiries and document all client interactions within Salesforce.
