Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and SIE licenses required within 120 days from start.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a high-pressure setting.
• Strong communication skills and client service orientation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a successful book of business upon earning licensing.
• Study for exams using training materials, coaching, and office hours.
• Build trust with clients and manage relationships effectively.
• Manage risk and protect the firm's interests while enhancing client experience.
• Understand and adhere to risk management processes and tools.
