You will grow and manage a client book, deliver comprehensive services, and promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities. The position emphasizes client interests, professional growth, and teamwork within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
• Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides a personalized wealth management strategy.
• Enhance and preserve relationships with key partners to boost client introductions and engagement.
• Proactive client and prospect outreach promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
• Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
• Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
• Utilize the knowledge of internal stakeholders and specialists in delivering services (financial planning, investment management, insurance, estate planning).
