Use a broad platform ecosystem (RedTail, Salesforce) and pursue licensure such as Florida Life/Health, SIE, and FINRA Series 7 & 66. This is a long-term career with strong growth opportunities and ample transition support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance or related field.
• Florida Life and Health license (2-15) or ability to obtain.
• SIE FINRA exam and FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations, or comparable mix.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build a robust client acquisition pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Act as the primary relationship leader and trusted strategist for clients.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions and design comprehensive financial plans.
• Leverage internal and external teams for operations and administration.
