THE ROLE

The Financial Advisor will be responsible for working across all client relationships, leading our next-generation initiatives, and actively participating in our business development strategy. You will collaborate with our clients to understand their financial objectives, develop comprehensive financial plans, and provide ongoing guidance to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering relationships with the next generation of clients.

RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients by following the Conway Wealth process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to their financial plans as needed.
  • Next-Generation Engagement: Lead and develop strategies to engage with the next generation of clients, providing them with financial education, guidance, and advisory services.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in the development and execution of business development strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth, attending networking events, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
  • Investment Management: Collaborate with our investment team to implement investment strategies aligned with clients' goals, values, and interests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the provision of financial advisory services.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
SKILLS
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and advisory services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of investment strategies and financial products.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and compliance with regulations. Prior experience with custodians (i.e., Fidelity) is a plus.
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary + annual performance‑based bonus.
  • One‑time referral bonus for each net new client that results in revenue producing accounts brought to the firm.
