The role requires 6–8 years in investment management or advisory, Series 7/65, life/health licenses, and a fiduciary mindset. CFP preferred; base compensation plus incentives included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services.
• Series 7/65 and Life/Health licenses; CFP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and retain clients.
• Provide financial planning, guidance, and investment management services.
• Conduct quarterly client meetings and reviews.
• Prospect and refer opportunities to other bank areas.
• Stay compliant with applicable regulations and bank policies.
