Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing clients, building stronger relationships.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and selling investment products.
• Initiate investment products with clients or refer them accordingly.
• Identify training opportunities for Associate Financial Advisors.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Wealth Management and cross-refer products.
• Maintain client files and complete required Continuing Education.
• Review work of licensed bankers for compliance.
• Act as a risk manager, reporting and responding to daily risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
