Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in sales or financial services
• Licenses: Series 7, 63, 65 or 66; Life/Variable Insurance license

• Build and grow a book of business via referrals and partnerships with branch teams across the DC and Northern Virginia market
• Deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions aligned to client goals
• Partner with branch, business banking, and wealth professionals to identify and develop new client opportunities
• Conduct portfolio reviews and provide strategic recommendations to grow, preserve, and transfer wealth
• Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from discovery through ongoing advice and service
