Job summary

First Western Trust in Jackson, Wyoming, is seeking a Wealth Advisor Analyst to support the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions. You will prepare proposals, presentations, and financial plans for current and prospective clients, partnering closely with Senior Wealth Advisors to review accounts and onboard relationships.

You will act as a trusted client contact, identify opportunities to offer additional services, and help integrate investment, estate, tax, and risk strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of wealth management or financial planning experience (required).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High emotional intelligence with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Understanding of financial planning tools and workflows.
  • CFP designation or equivalent preferred within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of comprehensive proposals for prospective clients, highlighting planning and fiduciary capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, responding to fiduciary and investment inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Support Senior Wealth Advisors with wealth plan account reviews, plan setup, creation, and monitoring, along with prep for client meetings.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, presentations, and other materials for new business opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with professional advisors and coordinate communications to strengthen partnerships and enhance client service delivery.
  • Support the development of comprehensive plans integrating investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management.

About the Role

The Wealth Advisor Analyst supports the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions by preparing proposals, presentations, and financial plans for current and prospective clients.
