You will have a steady flow of warm leads and modern tools to maximize your efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial advising, CFP or CFA credentials, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. Competitive compensation includes a clear OTE path of $120,000–$300,000 based on your performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Strong planning and communication skills required.
• $15+ million AUM that will follow during transition.

Responsibilities
