  • A true team player who will collaborate closely with others to ensure optimal outcomes every time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Humility and quick responsiveness toward client questions.
  • Superior writing skills for all forms of internal and client-facing communication.
  • A long view of the opportunities presented by the firm and the industry overall.

As a Wealth Advisor you can expect to:

  • Help individuals meet their unique financial needs and objectives on an ongoing basis with particular emphasis on risk tolerance, risk management, estate planning, and taxes.
  • Establish and define the client-planner relationship.
  • Develop, present and monitor financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives.
  • Analyze the income and asset situation of clients annually to review and update the financial situation.
  • Recommend plans and products to help clients achieve their goals; identify appropriate investment and insurance solutions; estate issues; tax considerations; retirement planning or personal planning objectives.
  • Comply with all FINRA/SEC/Cetera compliance regulations.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with other in-house professionals and strategic alliances.
  • Schedule and plan client meetings using the contact management system.
  • Maintain client cost basis information in coordination with the investment committee.
  • Work with clients to continually evaluate the objectives and risks of clients’ personal financial plans.
  • Remain current on industry developments, service, and product enhancements.
  • Participate on the firm's investment committee, as appropriate.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • B.A or B.S. in Business; advanced degree/designation, a plus (e.g. MBA, CFP, CPA, etc.)
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required
  • CFP, preferred (or prior enrollment or willingness to enroll in CFP Certification Program)
  • Insurance licenses preferred

  • Excellent knowledge and communication of products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurances, and annuities
  • Able to identify estate planning issues
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, MoneyGuidePro, Allbridge, and Morningstar Advisor.

We welcome a diverse pool of applicants from various backgrounds and urge you to apply to learn more about what our firm offers and see if it might be an attractive fit for both us and you. We look forward to meeting you!
